i believe that for such high amounts, you need to mine out several belts... And that takes time... Hence we have mining corporations with plenty of miners in eve that have specialised to deliver minerals for big buyers.

I think it might be easyer just anchor and online that larger tower nearby, move all those structures there and then take down old one? Get production going with minimal downtime and dont leave tons of structures to thiefs to take
